Actually, I emailed Ms. Doris a couple of weeks ago and never got a response! I'll email her again. I'll also try to remember to ask her at church Sunday.

Here's the recipe!!
NAPPA CABBAGE SALAD
CRUNCHIES
2 pkgs ramen noodles -break into pieces - (discard seasoning pkg)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup pecan pieces
Brown above in margarine (enough to cover bottom of large pan)
NOODLES NEED LONGER THAN SEEDS & pecans, so put then in first
GREENS
1 head Nappa Cabbage
5 green onions
Wash, core, & break into bite size pieces. cut onions, (tops & all)
Drain overnight on paper towels (or use salad spinner) Refrigerate
DRESSING
Blend together well in blender (or shake in jar)
1 cup oil 2 TBLS Soy sauce
l/4 cup vinegar 3/4 cup sugar (can use less)
Pour dressing over greens 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
